We are looking for a creative and skilled 3D Animator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating dynamic animations that bring characters, environments, and visual effects to life. You will work closely with our design and production teams to craft engaging and visually stunning animations for various projects, including games, films, marketing content, or virtual experiences.

This role requires a strong grasp of animation principles, expertise in 3D animation software, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. If you have a keen eye for detail and a strong artistic sense, we’d love to see your portfolio!

Responsibilities

 Create high-quality 3D animations for characters objects and environments in accordance with the project’s style and guidelines. 

  Collaborate with the design team to ensure animations meet the visual standards and narrative goals of the project. 

  Rig characters and models to ensure fluid and believable movement. 

  Optimize animations for use in games film, or interactive experiences ensuring smooth performance. 

  Work with technical teams to integrate animations into the final project adjusting as necessary based on feedback. 

  Develop animation storyboards and conceptualize movement sequences. 

  Troubleshoot and resolve animation issues during production. 

  Stay updated on new animation tools software and techniques to continually improve the animation workflow. 

Who You Are

 Bachelor’s degree in Animation Computer Graphics or a related field. 

  Proven experience as a 3D animator with a portfolio/demo reel showcasing character animation object motio and visual effects. 

  Proficiency in 3D animation software such as Maya Blender 3ds Max or Cinema 4D. 

  Strong understanding of the principles of animation including timing weight and body mechanics. 

  Experience with rigging skinning and preparing models for animation. 

  Familiarity with video game engines (e.g. Unity or Unreal Engine) or other rendering pipelines. 

  Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work within tight deadlines.

Nice-To-Haves

 Experience with motion capture technologies and integrating motion capture data into 3D animations. 

  Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Python or MEL) for animation automation or tool creation. 

  Experience working on virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR) projects. 

  Experience in lighting shading and rendering techniques. 

  Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., After Effects) for compositing and post-production. 

  A strong traditional art background in drawing painting or illustration.
